Product Description:
This part of the ribs belongs to the meaty ribs. The official name is "pork neck bones", but because the part lies in the front part of the "spare ribs", the older generations call it "spare ribs", also called first ribs. The ribs are suitable for steaming, braising, marinating, grilling and stewing.
