Product Description:

The first cut of Pork Collar-butt (first cut) is the lean meat under the neck bone of the pig, that is, the cervical spine of the pig, a small part of the pig head. This part is called the first cut, because when the pig is sent to the pork stall, the pork that is chopped off by the first cut is this piece of meat. The meat is very soft, with fine fiber, uniform fat distribution, no muscles, and it is refreshing and smoky. It can be used for frying, frying, steaming, boiling, boiling, braising, baking, roasting or frying.
