Product Description:
Pork belly is the part of the abdominal cavity near the belly of the pig. The meat quality is similar to that of pork belly, with thicker meat layer, more fat, and plump and smooth pork belly. There are few hard bones, mainly white cartilage. Suitable cooking methods are braised, steamed, braised, marinated in sauce, grilled and stewed.
