Product Description:
Pork belly, three-layered meat, belongs to the abdomen of domestic pigs. It has the highest fat content of the whole pig, and the meat is tender, but it needs to be cooked for a long time. In cooking, it is mainly used to decoct oil to add flavor, and it can also be combined with lean meat to make fillings or make dishes. Suitable cooking methods include sauce stew, braised stew, baking, braised and so on.
