Pork tongue are mainly muscle tissue, less connective tissue, no bones, fascia and ligaments. The meat is firm and has no fiber texture after being cooked. Flat in nature, sweet and salty in taste. It has the effect of making body vivid and healhty. Pork tongue can be used for sauce, roasting, braising, etc.
