Product Description:
The flying ribs are located on the back bone below the spine of the neck of the pig, and the ribs near the scapula are only 2 pieces per pig. The meat is thick enough, soft and tender, with moderate fat distribution and a lighter meat taste. It's not tough to cook for a long time. Flying ribs are suitable for steaming, braising, or sliced as a pork chop for frying.
